Elevate is Venture Asheville's entrepreneurship development program. It is designed to help high-growth, early-stage ventures scale more rapidly. Elevate provides team mentorship modeled on the MIT Venture Mentoring Service, office hours with industry specialists (HR, patents, finance, etc.), and peer-to-peer advising delivered through Vistage International to teach startup founders how to lead companies as CEOs.
Who is this program for?
An early-stage company with at least 1 full-time founder, living or working in Asheville or Buncombe County trying to build a business that is headquartered here but looking to scale beyond the area.
What problem does it solve?
Early-stage entrepreneurs are wrestling with figuring out product market fit - making sure that what they are bringing to the market reflects what their customer wants to buy. Also, how to understand your customer acquisition channels.
How does it help?
Our Elevate program enables startup entrepreneurs to simultaneously navigate the practical, day-to-day challenges of building great companies and develop their skills as effective managers, leaders and CEOs.
