Who's it for?
Aspiring and early-stage minority entrepreneurs who need to develop or update business plans.
What problem does it solve?
Aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs need to develop business plans to guide the intentional development and success of their respective businesses.
How does it help?
The 10-session program helps participants formulate business plans, get answers to questions, demystifies the process of starting and growing a business intentionally.
During the 10 sessions, participants will break down the business planning process into digestible portions. There will be interactive exercises and discussions to enhance the learning experience while formulating a business plan along the way. Local subject-matter experts supplement the curriculum and become resources for participants (marketing, legal, accounting, etc.). At the end of the program, participants present business plan pitches to a group of panelists who provide feedback. Finally, participants are eligible for ongoing mentoring.
