Winston-Salem MIXXER, Inc. is a community led makerspace. It's like the YMCA with tools!
MIXXER members have access to all sorts of tools; hi-tech tools like laser cutters, 3d printers, a computer lab with design software, an electronics lab, and more. MIXXER also offers access to traditional tools in the woodshop and metal shop, tools for working with textiles, along with many of the resources makers need to successfully work on a project. The most valuable asset at MIXXER is the community of people that are attracted to the makercentric environment. MIXXER removes many of the barriers that seperate so that innovation can thrive there.
