10-session program to assist aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs in the development of viable business plans or strategic plans.
During the 10 sessions, participants will break down the business planning process into digestible portions. There will be interactive exercises and discussions to enhance the learning experience while formulating a business plan along the way. Local subject-matter experts supplement the curriculum and become resources for participants (marketing, legal, accounting, etc.). At the end of the program, participants present business plan pitches to a group of panelists who provide feedback. Finally, participants are eligible for ongoing mentoring.
