Learn to hire people ahead of where you are, rather than a little bit behind where you are. It costs more money. You're going, "Oh my gosh, can I afford that?" Well, a good friend of mine gave me advice, "If you build it, the business will come." And I think that's proven to be very true. Stay ahead of the hiring game, hire a little bit further than you seem to be at, but you will quickly grow into. And I think life will be much easier. I'm preaching to myself, 'cause I'm still learning this. But I think that's the most valuable lesson I've learned.
