If you think about the future, it will help you think about what exactly you need to do now in order to get there.

I would have for someone
in the growth phase thinking about hiring,
I would say
if like you're having some
insecurities about your finances
like get those sorted
out as soon as you can
even if you're insecure about them
because that will help prove
like being able to hire.

And also just like, like,
think about where you'll be

what you want to be doing.

in order to like have that
future that you really want
