So when it comes to keeping customers, integrity is everything. Do what you say you're going to do, be impeccable with your word. When they ask you to stop, you stop. When they want more, you give them more. The customer is always right, even when they're blatantly wrong, they're always right. Just act with integrity, treat your customers the way you'd want to be treated. It's going to work out for you a whole lot better. A customer that you retain is far more valuable than a customer that you grab by word of mouth. Just, just keep those customers happy.
